Begining to get settled 4/17/02

Things are starting to come together, I expect to have new pictures soon. The sites on tripod are getting filled up so I'll be deleting the older files begining with this update. I'll be looking to models soon so please stay tuned. I've also given up the e-mail at hotmail, only one real message out of thousands of spam, can't recomend that to anyone. If you have a comment please share it in the poll section for now.

In Transit 3/24/02

We took a few minutes to shoot some pictures in transit, here they are. Unfortunately most of my "equipment' is still packed and won't be available for a few weeks. I actually had to buy a set of black handcuffs to do this shoot. Poor me ;) .. Oasis liked them but said they were very heavy. traffic remains heavy so please use the mirror site if you experience delays. I have a couple of interesting shoots planned for mid april so stay tuned.

Double Update

As We get ready to leave I'll do a double update and hope that keeps everyone happy for the next two weeks. I set up a mirror page to handle the traffic, sorry about the outages last weekend. I'm hoping to do one more photo shoot before we leave, and I'd like some more comments on what you'd like to see. I'm also going to keep the news here on the front page.

Thoughts from Oasis

The blue jean set was a lot of fun to shoot. Thank you all for your kind comments. Having the hinge handcuffs on behind my back was very disconcerting... especially with my palms out, I could barely move my arms. Mike has offered to buy me a new watch.. all the ones I have are small.

Warnings and thoughts

We are getting ready to leave upstate ny for sunny Florida. I'm hoping the page will remain up while we're moving but I know it may be dropped at any time by the server. I'll be moving to a paid server in the future, so the popup ads will dissapear. When I move the page I'll try to announce it here and on the archives bbs. Thank you all for your votes and comments. The model, Oasis, wanted me to let you know that she appreciates all the votes you gave her, even though she thinks I fudged the count.

We will be taking your suggestions for our next shoot, coming up before we move. Once we get moved I'll be looking at hiring some models. In reply to the comment about the pictures looking "real"; that is what I'm shooting for, and Oasis said "I was there the handcuffs were very real and I could not get out of them!. Working with a model who is handcuffed, gagged and blindfolded is an interesting experience. Communication is very nearly impossible (hard to point to someone who is blindfolded and say look this way). So most of the shots had to be set up by me manhandling her into position. She is my only model right now, and if you do like the work I'm doing with her please let us know. I can use comments and suggestions to encourage her to do more shoots with me. I'm still new at web page programming, so please let me know if there is anything wrong with the links etc. I'm also experimenting with resolution and size of the pictures so if you have any suggestions there, they would also be welcome. Please tell me any comments you have for Oasis and I'll pass them along to her. Mike
